It has been a tremendous honor to serve as your President over the past year. Our Association has made strides in many areas this year from online professional development to membership and risk management. These are just a few of the highlights of the year.
Our year began with our 84rd World Conference and the Club Business Expo in Orlando, FL. The great destination drew close to record numbers to the event and attendees were treated to amazingly warm weather. Members raved about the new format which provided the same educational, networking and social opportunities in a condensed schedule. Featuring new speakers and expert presenters on the latest topics as well as highly participatory round-table sessions, club management professionals attended more than 24 hours of professional development.
