Club Managers Association of America is proud to acknowledge E-Z-GO as the first company to join the Corporate Advantage Program as a Platinum Partner. This five-year commitment is symbolic of E-Z-GO’s long history of supporting both CMAA and The Club Foundation (CF). E-Z-GO was the first corporate contributor to The Club Foundation and since the early 1990’s has supported the professional development programs offered and funded by CMAA and CF.
Leading by example, E-Z-GO champions The Club Foundation’s mission by providing leadership and financial support to the club industry. Mr. John Garrison, president of Textron’s Industrial Segment and former E-Z-GO president, serves on The Club Foundation’s Board of Governors. In this capacity, Mr. Garrison is part of the approval process for allocating grants and scholarships that support the Foundation’s objectives. New E-Z-GO president Kevin Holleran will be actively involved in numerous CMAA and CF initiatives.
E-Z-GO’s Platinum Partnership will support, in part, the Opening Business Session, Managers’ Awards Luncheon and Member Services Pavilion at the CMAA World Conference on Club Management. The partnership also provides funding for The Club Foundation’s Student Chapter Conference Grant, helping further the education of future club managers. E-Z-GO assists the Association in meeting its goal as a presenting partner in the Golf Industry Show. In addition, this relationship provides year-round exposure for E-Z-GO via activities connected to the Leadership/Legislative Conference, National Committee Weekend and the National Club Championship Presented by Cadillac.
