Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellation of Full Member/Non-member and Full Spouse of Member/Non-member Conference Registrations will be accepted until December 1, 2007, with no penalty. Full Member/Non-Member and Full Spouse of Member/Non-Member Registration cancellations made between December 1, 2007, and January 15, 2008, will be subject to a $100 penalty per registration. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 15, 2008.

In addition, a $50 penalty will be assessed if Full Member/Non-member and Full Spouse of Member/Non-Member Registrations are changed to a lesser registration category after December 1, 2007.

No refunds will be issued for the following registration categories: Education Sessions Only, Badge-Only, Student Member or Faculty Member Registrations. Refunds will not be issued for tickets purchased individually to any CMAA social event scheduled at Conference.

To be considered valid, all registration cancellations must be sent in writing by certified mail, with a return receipt requested, via fax to the CMAA National Headquarters at (703) 739-0124 or via e-mail to confreg@cmaa.org.
