JOB POSTING FOR CMAA MEMBERS:
Please remember that you must login to ClubCareers to post a job listing. If you are placing an advertisement for your club
and would also like for other members on your club staff (i.e., human resources or assistants) to be able to search résumés
or utilize ClubCareers resources on your behalf, you should not use your own personal ClubNet username and password. We
suggest that you place you ad as a "non-member," setting up a generic username and password that the entire club may use.
A popular choice is to use your club's name or something similar that is easily identifiable with your staff. This will
keep your personal ClubNet logon information private yet allow access to all interested parties at the club.
JOB POSTING FOR NON-CMAA MEMBERS: **
You must develop a username and password before placing an advertisement on ClubCareers. Just below the member logon screen,
there is a section for non-members to click and register to receive a username and password. Most advertisers use the club
name or something similar that is easily identifiable and with the club staff and easy to remember. This username and password
will give you a job poster identity on the site. Once you have placed an ad, you will be able to search the résumé bank for
potential applicants. This identity is necessary so that the Web site will recognize you as a job poster and will allow you
and/or your club staff to utilize the résumé bank and other applicable non-member resources of ClubCareers. Please remember
that anyone wishing to utilize, update or manage their ClubCareers job posting must have the non-member username and password
that was used when the advertisement was placed.
