Over the last few years, CMAA has recognized a need to create a
bridge between its members and the companies most closely connected
and committed to serving our industry. In 2006, the Corporate Advantage
Program was established to address this need.
This invitation-only sponsorship program is limited to 15 leading
firms and provides them with year-round exposure to CMAA members
through customized marketing and sponsorship packages. In return,
each selected Advantage Partner makes a five-year commitment to provide
significant monetary support to the Association and The Club Foundation
that will fund, in part, the quality education, training and networking
events that CMAA provides for its members.
Beginning January 1, 2007, E-Z-GO, Club Car and Jonas have each
committed to participating in the Corporate Advantage Program. While
proposals from other outstanding companies are currently under review,
there are still a limited number of partnership positions available.
Organizations fitting the pre-determined profile, and who are looking
for a lasting, on-going relationship with CMAA consistent with our
approach to club management, are welcome candidates for the Corporate
Advantage Program.
Companies either ineligible or otherwise unable to participate in
the Corporate Advantage Program may take advantage the wide range
of a la carte advertising opportunities CMAA offers on an on-going
basis. Examples include CMAA’s World Conference on Club Management
On-site Directory, annual Membership Directory, and several options
connected to ClubNet, CMAA’s home online.
In addition, the Corporate Relations Department provides sponsorship
and advertising opportunities to suppliers connected to the Golf
Industry Show. Many of these suppliers have long-standing relationships
with CMAA and have made a seamless transition into the Golf Industry
Show.
Over the years, CMAA members have proven their willingness to work
with companies who make a financial commitment to the club industry
and are dedicated to funding programs that advance members’ careers
and improve their operational efficiency. Please watch for the logos
that identify CMAA’s Corporate Advantage Partners and join
the Association in extending your thanks, appreciation and support.
