Our Marketing Plan is a roadmap for us to achieve our budget as well as our goals of the year. This plan is divided by department. There is an overview of each department, comparative surveys to other clubs, marketing strategies and tools for each department as well as financial projections to help us monitor our success in the budget. Department heads are accountable for each of their areas and their yearly bonuses are determined accordingly. |
