Flag at Half-Staff
There has probably not been a greater sense of patriotism at any time since the end of WWII. We are proud of our Flag. If it is to be displayed, it should be properly displayed. We all take pride in seeing a properly displayed flag, yet want to correct the situation when we know it is not proper. A flag at half-staff is not really at "half" staff, but rather the base of the flag near the midpoint on the pole.
