The idea was to exhance the last course of a meal in the dining room. Our members love a good cup of coffee. French Press was a natural. Coffee pressed at the table, served, certainly made for a nice presentation.

We created a drink for a special event that would attract attention to itself and give the members something to talk about. The blue shooter was served in a test tube and called the Slingshot.
