I took old gameboards (Scrabble, Pictionary Jr., Monopoly) put the Children's Menu on one side and laminated it so the children could use color crayon on it to play the game. Example: Pictionary Jr., you draw a picture and the other person guesses what it is. |

This menu focuses on the needs of guests at The Guest Lodge. It is based more closely on that of a banquet menu due to the issue of transporting the food to the Guest Lodge, which is a seperate facility from the Clubhouse. A variety of options are given from breakfast to hors d'oeuvres. Each is listed in a section that can be either delivered or prepared in The GUest Lodge kitchen. All items have been selected based on availability, ease of preparation and transportability. The prices have been set to include labor for transporting or preparing the items. Before the development of this menu groups would attempt to order from the dinner menu at the Club. This was very difficult to accommodate and very often met with less than desirable results. |
