While K-Mart may be in trouble, the "Blue Plate Special" is one of the most popular special theme menus of the entire year. Foods featured are all in the "comfort" category and are favorites for the 40's, 50's and 60's when our Members were growing up during a little quieter time - or so it seemed (I think that there was a war during each of those decades).

The Winter Center menu has been a huge success. Recently updated for the first time in quite awhile, the new menu appeals to all groups of our fast paces sports operation. This menu is built for speed as total covers exceed $100,00/year. Peanut Butter & Jelly for the Kids Menu, Chicken Fingers appeal to the young children, Grill Cheese to the teenagers, Club Sandwiches to the young adults, a great salad bar for ladies and seniors and a 12 oz. dry ages filet mignon for the "big" kids. Average ticket time for lunch is 7 minutes while dinner ranges between 12-15.
