Gregory
Webb, CCM, The Kansas City Country Club
We encouraged our kitchen staff to join into pairs and make gingerbread houses for the holidays. Each employee understood that the houses would be on display throughout the clubhouse for the holiday season. The houses were displayed and the employees' names were indicated on an accompanying card. The houses were placed in locations where fresh flowers normally sit. The fragrance from the gingerbread added to the festive smell and the savings on flowers was significant. |

Ann Jackson, The Country Club of Virginia
We use four lighting trees with dimmers and gels to make lighting a room simpler, more efficient, and dramatic. It improved the overall look of the room. |
