Webb, CCM, The Kansas City Country Club
We encouraged our kitchen staff to join into pairs and make gingerbread houses for the holidays. Each employee understood that the houses would be on display throughout the clubhouse for the holiday season. Each team did their work in secret, which made it sor of like a contest - a little friendly competition. particpants received a certificate for dinner out of their efforts. The housese were displayed and the employees' names were indicated on an accompanying card. Each team took great price in the final project. There was a great sense of teamwork in the kitchen. The employees received praise from other employees and members. |
