We use the setup sheets for early, time sensitive golf beverage stations when it takes several people to setup. After we set the stations we can look at the sheets and go over the station to make sure everything is there.

The Grantie Club's Granite Golf Orientation Handbook is a great resource for both management and seasonal staff. The fact that they are seasonal, and that there is a large influx of staff in a short period of time, often makes it challenging to maintain consistency in understanding of what's expected and later being able to enforce it. The handbook, offered in conjunction with an extensive orientation program, makes it easier. The staff all know what's expected of them, what the rules are and what's in it for them.
