Upon hire, each employee is required to attend an Orientation Session. These sessions are held every two weeks by our Human Resources Director. During Orientation, each employee is given an Employee Manual which describes all of our policies and procedures. The Manual also goes over medical and dental coverage, 401(k), vacation, sick and personal time, and many other items. Each employee is required to sign a sheet stating that he/she received and read the manual. The session includes a slide show, which is demonstrated on this board. We also take a tour of the club and have a questions and answer section.
