MENUS AND WINE LISTS

25. Menus: All Club Menus club functions, formal dining, casual dining, banquets, children’s, spa, fitness center, etc.

26. Wine Lists — Small or Large: Pre-classify your entry as either a small or large list. Judged by the CMAA International Wine Society on selection, variety and quality of a club’s wine list.
