Description:  This idea shows how to maintain a close connection between CMAA student chapters and senior chapters.  We have identified 4 main areas of focus:  communication, funding, event support and internships.

General Reactions:   The chapter members have all benefited from our relation with our senior chapter.  Other chapters can expand on the 4 categories mentioned above.

School:  Farleigh Dickinson University

Description:  The senior managers of New Jersey are a key element to the student chapter’s success.  We are constantly looking for ways to maintain the relationship between the students and the seniors and t the best way to do this was by involving ourselves in all of their major events, such as the annual golf outing, wine tasting, scholarships and holiday parties. 

General Reactions:   By staying active within both chapters, the seniors and students are able to learn and grow from diverse perspectives with a positive outcome.
