Description:  Conference planning was a series of steps this year to ensure a stress-free and organized trip.  By starting early and preparing attendees well, conference can be a great experience.

General Reactions:  The members have loved this process.  I recommend other chapters to do the same.

School:  University of Delaware

Description:  We held weekly officer and regular meetings to discuss conference planning; at officer meetings we used a points system to determine who was eligible and we held an appreciation dinner to fundraise and cut costs.

General Reactions:   Weekly meetings helps include all the members and officer meetings help discuss details logistics of conference.  Other chapters should hole dinner to cut costs for conference.

School:  University of Massachusetts

Description:  This idea was implemented through scheduling social events and fundraising activities during prime time period so that a maximum number of members could attend all events.

General Reactions:   Since the events were scheduled during free periods the members were able to attend more events with fewer conflicts.
