Our idea was to enhance our kids menu to include a variety of options. Designing the menu in the shape of the bento box lets kids decide which items they want in each area by circling an item from each box.

Our challenge was to take a traditional, fine dining restaurant and turn the concept into an eclectic bar and lounge to attract a diverse age group among our membership.

Instead of having a set menu that does not change very often, we have a menu that changes daily. Every night we print up a new menu that features several staple entrees that are always available, but also include two appetizers and several entrees that change daily. We reduce food waste and are able to create a new experience for the membership every time they join us.
