We prepared
complimentary gift bags to present to our
members’ administrative assistants
who joined us for a lunch that week. For
minimal cost we were able to create a lasting
memory for our members and guests as well
as increase lunch participation.

A special
menu was created to commemorate the 160th
year of Auguste Escoffier’s birthday,
the famous French chef. Only 100 restaurants
worldwide were invited to participate in
this exclusive event. The Granite Club was
one of these venues and invited Maitre Chef
de Cuisine Michel Bourdin, a member of the
Escoffier Society and mentor to Executive
Chef Nigel Didcock, to be a part of this
unique event. |

We have two
very busy driving ranges on the property.
To take advantage of the amount of traffic
these areas receive we place coupons in random
range ball buckets. Members that were going
home after using the practice range now come
in to the dining room for dinner.

Hole-In-One-Dinner:
To promote our restaurant, the manager sends
a congratulatory letter to our hole-in-one
golfers. We include a gift certificate to
the restaurant. This helps strengthen Golf
and Food and Beverage relations.

The member’s
art show provides an outlet for our members
to display artistic creativity. We have captured
food and beverages sales during this time,
when the dining room would not normally be
crowded. |
