The Athenaeum wine list provides an organized and comprehensive presentation of wines to our members and their guests. The wine list contains a mission statement and an index of its contents organized by wine-producing region, country or appellation and vintage year. The Athenaeum wine list consists of more than 300 selections ‹ including 20 varietal categories, an imported and domestic futures program and a substantial vertical listing of both old- and new-world wines. The wine list also features an extensive listing of wines by the glass, including several tasting flights. The tasting flights provide our members with smaller portions of a varietal from two different regions or countries, for comparison.
