We have always paid special attention to food displays such as buffets, hors d¹oeuvre tables and food stations. Effective lighting has added a whole new dimension to these displays. As the evening approaches and the room becomes darker, the results are even more profound. After we remove the food and dancing begins, the tables stay and add ambience to the room.
