Wayne Hall, Farmington CC We created a "Fit" Certification Program, whereby all children 11-15 years of age are required to take a 90-minute workshop and pass written and practical tests to be allowed to use the fitness center. They are issued a card that must be shown each time that they come into the fitness center. The trainer to junior ratio is kept at 1:2. |
Mary Elizabeth Sullivan, Granite Club Limited T.E.A.M. Granite is a program designed to provide support and recognition to elite junior athletes of the Granite Club. As members of T.E.A.M.
