Phil Kiester, Farmington CC The club provides Basic English as a second language instruction to non-native English-speaking employees. The class is taught in 10-week sessions by an instructor from the county Adult Basic Education program. The club pays for the class book and other instructional and participating employeesı wages during class time. |
Gary P. Warren, Highland Falls CC This poster campaign will be unveiled this season to show current and potential employees that there is a future in the club industry and at our club. It will enhance morale, pride, teamwork, loyalty and longevity. We also plan to display this poster in colleges and other trade schools for new employee recruitment. |
