Joseph Archazki, New Haven CC Enhancing employee longevity at any club is very important, but we usually take the staff for granted ‹ especially those employees that are with us year after year. At each annual holiday party each staff member that has reached a five-year milestone is presented with a certificate, key ring (this year) and a picture of him/herself receiving the award. |
Grill, Farmington CC We implemented a Peak Performer Pin Program, an employee recognition program where each week, a pin is awarded by the managers for outstanding performance in the following areas: performance, enthusiasm, appearance and knowledge. A second pin is awarded weekly by the staff to the team player of the week. |
