The following services are available through the ClubCareers
Web site at www.clubcareers.org:
Managerial Openings List (MOL):
The MOL is an online listing of clubs seeking executive
management personnel. The MOL lists such details as
club dues and sales volumes, salary ranges and benefits
and job qualifications and descriptions.
Mid-Management
Career Opportunities (MMCO): This online
service provides CMAA members and non-members with a
listing of entry to mid-management positions available
nationwide.
Interim
Management Service: This service provides
assistance to clubs in need of immediate, temporary
managerial assistance. ClubCareers maintains an online
listing that contains the names and qualifications of
retired CMAA members able to temporarily fulfill the
various requirements and needs
of clubs.
Career
Services Kits: These online
resources are designed to assist both individuals
and clubs throughout the job search/selection
process. The Club Managers Online Career Guide
is dedicated to the manager’s search. It
addresses résumé writing, contracts,
interviews, networking, follow-up and the many
member benefits of CMAA, as well as the numerous
programs available through the Career Services
Department. The Online Guide for Club Searches
contains guidelines for a club and its search
committee, including hints on conducting interviews,
sample correspondence with applicants (follow-up
letters, etc.) and job descriptions.
Selective
Search Bulletin: When
a club places an online listing, it has the option
of also utilizing the Selective Search Bulletin.
This one-time distribution of the club’s
listing is sent to all CMAA members presently
in the specific state(s), chapter(s), region(s),
etc., that the club selects.
