CMAA Prospective Member Brochure Overview of

The Legislative/Regulatory Resources staff identifies legislative and regulatory issues on the state and national levels that affect private clubs; educates and informs Association members on the issues; and works in cooperation with allied associations to deal with legislation of mutual interest. The department tracks current, proposed and defeated state and federal legislation and regulatory issues. It updates members on these issues through the Legislative and Regulatory Resources Web page, Legislative Report, Chapter Digest and Club Management magazine.
