Whippoorwill Club Katrina Relief Effort

Beginning Labor Day Weekend and running throughout that week, members and staff of the Whippoorwill Club in Armonk, New York, took in hurricane relief donations. In all over 55 boxes of supplies were sorted and shipped to the gulf region. Hundreds of pairs of shoes, many brand new and ranging from toddler to adult, thousands of articles of quality clothing, food, water, baby supplies and toilletries were donated.

Started by club members Beth Grotta, Kate Atkinson and Maureen Kitson, this drive was a huge success.
