Several years ago, the Paradise of the Pacific Chapter decided they wanted to hold a fundraiser to benefit the local hospitality programs. The event has has grown over the years to include great golf and exceptional food from some of the island's finest clubs.

This year, GM David Sosner and his staff of the the Mid-Pacifc Country Club played host. After some wonderful golfing, participants were invited to sample the signature cuisine of seven clubs and their culinary teams. Along with Mid-Pacific CC, Honolulu CC, The Outrigger Club, The Plaza Club, Waialae CC, The Plaza Club and Kaneohe Yacht Club pulled out all the stops with their finest presentations.

The money raised benefit two community colleges - Leeward CC and Kapiolani CC, as well as the hospitality programs at the University of Hawaii and Hawaii-Pacific University.

This tasty spread will also be evident at the Conference Golf Tournament in February 2006. These action stations will only be open to the tournament golfers, so sign up now!
