In June, Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California, hosted a charity golf tournament. More than 100 golfers enjoyed morning golf followed by an awards lunch and silent auction.
At the Roadrunner Chapter's November 15 Annual Awards dinner held at Rancho La Quinta Country Club, the Chapter's incoming President, Erik Estrada, presented a check for $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity. The ultimate goal of Habitat for Humanity is to eliminate poverty and homelessness by building adequate and basic housing.
It is the hope of the Roadrunner Chapter that the contribution they have made will give the less fortunate new hope by helping them obtain decent housing.
Many thanks to Fran Vatore, Managing Director, for providing this image.
