Please commit your chapter's support to participate in the annual Clubs Collecting for Communities campaign.

This annual community service event has helped thousands of needy people each year since its inaugural year in 1993. Through the campaign, we make a significant difference in the lives of the people within our local communities by pulling together to collect food, clothing and toys for those who do not have the money to spend on these items.

The first phase of the two-tier collection campaign consists of gathering greatly needed winter clothing and food items for a charity(ies) in your local area. This phase runs from October 15 through November 30. The second phase is to collect toys for the Marine Corps' "Toys for Tots" crusade and runs from December 1 through December 15 (check with your local Marine Corps office for local end date).

The CMAA National Headquarters will supply your and your chapter members with everything you need to run a successful campaign. We provide promotional kits containing checklists and guidelines for the campaign, ideas for maximizing your collection efforts, posters to display in your club, articles for chapter and club newsletters and press releases that can easily be adapted to fit your individual needs. Everything you need to make your participation in this campaign easy is included on this Web sites. For additional kits, please contact Dan Barrett, CMAA National Headquarters at (703) 739-9500 or via e-mail at Dan.Barrett@cmaa.org.

In advance, thank you for your support of this year's Clubs Collecting for Communities campaign!
