Lodging, Meals and Travel Information

Lodging for BMI Golf Management will be at the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort. To make room reservations, call WorldTek Travel, CMAA’s Travel Service at (800) 832-5165. Please reference “CMAA — BMI Golf Management” when making reservations. Individuals are responsible for their own lodging and travel reservations as well as cost.

Jacksonville International Airport is the closest in proximity to St. Augustine. It is approximately a 50-minute ride from the airport to the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort.

For ground transportation, you may contact First Coast Arrangements at (904) 262-4810 at least 48 hours in advance for transportation from the airport to the hotel. If you wish to rent a car at the airport, complimentary parking is available at the resort.

A continental breakfast will be available each morning before class. Dinners will be on your own with exception of a club tour being held at Hammock Dunes Country Club and the final closing dinner banquet.

Opening Reception — On Sunday, March 30 an opening reception will be held at the World Golf Village to welcome all BMI Golf Management attendees.

Closing Dinner Banquet — On Thursday evening, April 3, a closing dinner banquet will be held at the prestigious Hall of Fame.
