APPLICATION

This comprehensive program is designed for use within the club environment. It abounds with reading, writing, research and speaking opportunities, as well as plenty of "getting your hands dirty" experiential learning sessions.

CMAA welcomes you to the world of club management. It is our goal to assist in your professional development and continuing education throughout your career. The AMID program is a wonderful place to begin this venture. This program can lay a solid foundation upon which to build a successful career.

The AMID program requires that a sponsoring manager/mentor be involved to supervise the learning process. This person will have an active role, and must be willing to invest considerable time, resources and encouragement throughout the two-year (one year minimum-three year maximum) training period. Your mentor should be the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer or Clubhouse Manager of the club where the majority of the learning in this program will take place. Select a mentor wisely! Both parties need to be interested in attaining this goal.

Please fill out the information below and sign. Your mentor's information and signature must also be included.
