Registration for Pre-Conference Workshops 

Registration Information 

1112Conference registration categories have been developed to meet attendees’ budgetary scheduling needs. Please refer to the registration categories found here.

Registration Process 

There are four convenient registration options for the World Conference:

• Online: Those choosing to register electronically can do so at www.cmaa.org. Confirmation notices are emailed to registrants instantly when using this fast, easy method.

• By mail: Individuals registering by mail should use the forms found here or download forms from the CMAA website.

• By fax: Those registering via fax should use download forms from the CMAA website. Please do not duplicate registrations by faxing and mailing a hard copy as duplicate charges may be incurred.

• On site: Attendees registering on site at the New Orleans Marriott may pay by cash, check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard for registrations and/or additional/individual tickets.

Substantial fee increases will be applied to all registration categories after January 12, 2012. In addition, there are deadlines imposed for most ticketed events, so please consult the additional/individual ticket order form for more information.

 Bring Your Management Team to New Orleans 

One of the essential elements of the World Conference is the multitude of learning and networking opportunities for your entire management team. With this in mind, we hope to see more ‘club teams’ onsite and have added a registration feature for multiple members from the same club to attend. If two members from the same club register for Conference as either the Full or Education-Only registration categories, then the third or more member(s) from that same facility are eligible for an Education-Only badge at the discounted rate of $580. Attendees with this badge type are afforded eight Association Activity credits; entrance to all education sessions (workshops excluded); the Opening and Closing Business Sessions; the proceedings manual flash drive/session audio recordings; and access to the Club Business Expo. Tickets to networking events and the luncheon may be purchased separately upon registering or onsite. We’ll see ALL of you in New Orleans!
