Friends of the Wine Society Directory

The Friends of the Wine Society Directory is intended to recognize those in the wine industry who have been supporters of the IWS on either a local (i.e., involvement with a chapter or individual club) or national level (i.e., participation at IWS events during CMAA's World Conference). Members are encouraged to turn to them for individual club programs, as well as for local and regional wine education within the chapters.

Regional Wine Education Workshops

Join the CMAA International Wine Society for one of the three regional wine education workshops that will be sponsored in 2013. Lead educator,  Pat Dodd from Gallo Wine Estates, will be on hand to enlighten members on such topics as new world vs. old world styles; table service, winegrowing and consumer trends; wine and food pairing basics; and private club best practices. Wine Webinars
 
Quarterly, the International Wine Society hosts a wine-related webinar for all CMAA members. Two of these webinars are virtual wine tastings and the two other are on other wine education topics. Attendees are responsible for acquiring the wines on their own for participation in the virtual tasting. One CMAA Association Activity Credit will be awarded to those individuals who register and attend the entire program. more…
