How do I make an order?

The easiest way to make an order with Bookmart is to order online via the website. Simply add individual items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout once finished. If you are a CMAA member, please make sure to login to your CMAA account. Online orders are the most efficient way of ordering and guarantee the quickest processing time.

What are the shipping costs for Bookmart products?

Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days)
$8 up to $65
12 percent for $65 and up orders.

Two-Day shipping
20 percent plus $10.

Overnight shipping
30 percent plus $10.

When will my item be delivered?

Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
Two-Day shipping: 2 Business Days*
Overnight shipping: 1 Business Day*

*Please note: Orders are only processed Monday-Friday, excluding government holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST may not go out until the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, may not be processed/shipped-out until Monday.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST are not guaranteed to ship until the following business day. All other orders will likely ship within the same business day.

What is the return policy?

We guarantee satisfaction. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. No questions asked, as long as the materials are in a re-sellable condition.

Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?

UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box, be sure to provide a street address. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am a CMAA Member, how do I receive member pricing?

You must be logged into your CMAA account in order to receive member pricing on the Bookmart website.

I am a CMAA Member but I am unable to login to the CMAA website, and therefore, I am unable to receive member pricing. How do I obtain member pricing?

If you are unable to locate your original CMAA username and password, you may re-set your password by taking the following steps:

1) Under the CMAA Login box on the left hand side of the CMAA homepage (www.cmaa.org), please select Members Register Here.

2) You will then be prompted to give your CMAA Member Number*, your Birth Month and your Birth Year.

3) After filling in the above information, you should be prompted to create a username and password.

4) After your username and password are created, fill in your CMAA username and password information in the login box on the left hand side of the homepage.

5) Once logged in, please visit the Marketplace tab along the list of blue headings.

I am a member and I ordered a resource but I never received it.

If you did not order one of the above products, there may be an issue in your order processing or shipping. Please call (703) 739-9500 with your order number, order date and list of purchased items. CMAA staff will assist to remedy the situation.

My club subscribes to Premier Club Services (PCS), how do I take advantage of PCS pricing on selected items?

If your club is a PCS subscriber, the Marketplace website will automatically recognize your PCS status upon login. If the PCS price is not showing in your shopping cart, please contact marketplace@member.cmaa.org or (703) 739-9500. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

How do I redeem electronic/downloadable documents?
