Storage Tips More Wine Program Success Tips:
Storage Tip
Temperature - Ideally, wine should be stored at around 55-57 degrees fahrenheit. Temperatures above 65 degrees or below 40 degrees are harmful. White wines can form tartrates if stored below 40 degrees.

Vibration -
Your storage facility should be vibration-free and air should be able to circulate around the bottles, so bottles should not be kept in cardboard boxes.

Humidity -
The optimum humidity percentage for wine is 75 percent. Ninety five percent creates mold, and humidity less than 50 percent is not enough. Remember, standard refrigeration is a natural dehumidifier, so it will work against your program.

Light - The less light the better. Wine
has more fun when it's dark!
