What you will be doing

Required to have a strong attention to detail with the ability to oversee the whole operation and changes that will lead to increased profitability
In charge of the day to day operations of the Club House
Develops and implements processes that will ensure members have an exceptional experience when attending the Club, constantly seek improvements for the process
Review and develop employee behavior and performance
Identify and target areas in which the Club can improve operations
Anticipate and be able to solve member and staff problems
Sets appropriate purchasing specifications
Purchase all liquor and wine supplies and ensures items are available on timely basis
Obtains fair pricing from all purveyors and buys according to our needs
Completes all purchasing and inventory records
Maintains inventory controls, and responsible for overall liquor cost
