We are an older yacht club located on the water in Los Angeles. We have recently had a growth in younger members wanting to get their children and themselves into sailing. We are transitioning from a member-run (club to having some staff.

We are seeking an office administrator that can be the hub for our many different organizational needs. The person should be able to look at the whole picture of the club and see how to make things not only work but make them better.
