Job Title
Clubhouse Manager
Brief Job Description
The Clubhouse Manager (CHM) is directly responsible for all F&B Operations as well as Clubhouse Operations. The CHM ensures that F&B management and staff are properly trained and working in a manner that provides our members with an experience beyond their expectations. The CHM will work closely with all department heads to help facilitate programs and events that “WOW” our members. The successful candidate will have a previous track record of team building, leadership and the ability to motivate and support a team. He / She must work well in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment. Be a creative thinker and problem solver with an eye for detail. Previous management experience should include a strong background in F&B including wine & beverage, 3-5 years’ experience in a private club is preferred. Excellent financial management skills including, budgeting, inventory control, POS Experience and the ability to implement training systems.
Position reports directly to the GM and liaisons with the Food & Beverage Committee. CHM is part of the Executive Committee.
Candidate Qualifications
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends / holidays
• Minimum 3 years F&B Management. Experience preferred in a private club
• Deep understanding of both ala carte and banquets
• Wine & Beverage knowledge is required
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in ClubSoft a plus
• Fluent oral and written English communication skills
• Proactive management style
• Strong motivational team builder / developer

Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Hospitality Management is preferable plus a minimum of 3 of Food & Beverage management experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant or country club or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Experience may trump education for the right candidate.
