Summer Internships

Farmington Country Club offers a variety of food and beverage, clubhouse, and culinary arts summer internship programs designed for students who are interested in pursuing careers in the private club industry.  Interns learn about the daily operations of the various departments within a large, complex private club, as well as the methods and procedures by which the departments are managed.  Interns also gain an overview of the private club organization and develop insight into how departments relate to one another.  Throughout the training experience, interns train with managers to learn effective industry practices.

Educational Requirements

Students enrolled in college or university degree programs in hospitality management, culinary arts, or related field preferred
