Special Club Features

This position is meant for hospitality students interested in hands-on job training for a future career in club, hotel or restaurant management. Cullasaja Country Club hires Hospitality students seeking a long-term Food and Beverage internship. This program allows students to experience and gain knowledge in all aspects of Food and Beverage in a club atmosphere. Each student will rotate between front of the house positions in order to obtain experience in all areas to prepare for you career in hospitality. Each student will go through a training program that will give each person the tools they need to succeed at Cullasaja Country Club.

After going through all training, each person will rotate and be trained in the following: Host/Hostess, Servers Assistant,  Server, Bartending, Banquet Service, Buffet Service, Quick Service, Fine Dining, Pool Server, Special Events, Food Runner, Food Expediter, Captain Shifts and complete with Management in Training Shifts. We are seeking energetic, fun, outgoing individuals who are team players with great work ethic who can commit to working full time from April/May to November 2020. Summer internships from Mid May to Mid August also available. 

Educational Requirements

This internship will satisfy any Internship requirement for a college student studying Hospitality.
