Brief Job Description

  • Responsible for management of dining services in the manner most pleasing to members and their guests.
  • Assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of service areas.
  • Assist with hiring and training of service staff.
  • Supervises and corrects any service errors.
  • Will be responsible for opening and closing shifts throughout the week; making sure all tasks are completed.
  • Communicates professionally to members and guests when a service problem emerges.
  • Execution of private events and club functions with a standard of uncompromising quality.  

Candidate Qualifications

  • Must have experience in restaurant management
  • Demonstrates professionalism
  • Organized and has adequate time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Has a great work ethic and developed management maturity
