We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Executive Chef for our club. The candidate must have proven success in the kitchen as a confident, effective, and efficient leader who is able to work collaboratively with the staff. The candidate is responsible for meeting food and labor cost controls for all food venues of property. Create new and exciting menu items as well our traditional items, manage and direct all kitchen staff, maintain quality controls, and manage inventory and purchasing.
BS in Culinary Science or related degree/certificate
