Nine separate dining rooms including small group to large, seating from 1-750. Multiple kitchens. Park Avenue Club hosts daily dining of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Two daily dining venues include both casual and formal dining options. Park Avenue Club hosts events small to large via a separate events center consisting of multiple rooms centered by a newly constructed 14,200 sf facility.

Park Avenue Club Mission:  To provide a personalized dining experience in a beautifully restored historic dairy barn, and to generate a meaningful revenue stream for the benefit of the Park Avenue Foundation nonprofits.

Beyond Dining - Park Avenue Club has distributed over $6M to the Park Avenue Foundation nonprofits since our inception of September 1994.

Brief Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proven member of the hospitality industry specializing in the club or hotel industries as it relates to operations and A La Carte dining for the position of Food and Beverage Manager. This position will require nights, weekends and some holidays as well as closing duties. Those possessing management skills, inventory and quality control standards, team work, a positive attitude and a desire to succeed are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience in an upscale hotel, country club, or restaurant
  • Exceptional member/customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, employee relations and people development skills

Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees all dining and beverage service operations including dining room and standard catering operations. He/She deals with liquor purchases/inventories and works in tandem with the Sommelier in selection, branding and marketing cocktails and wine sales to membership.  F&B Manager reports daily to the Director of Operations & Catering.

Candidate Qualifications

Definitive management skill set of restaurant and/ or Club daily dining experience is required.

Educational Requirements

Hospitality degree or other comparable.
