Service Manager
Brief Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity for entry-level club professionals. As part of a team of service managers, the position oversees all daily operations of the Front of the House Food and Beverage Department, including Ala Carte, Banquets and Club Functions.
The position is vital to the success of operations and reports directly to the Food and Beverage Director.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience preferred
- Practical F & B work/service experience and knowledge of Food and Beverage management required
- Leadership skills necessary including the ability to supervise, motivate, and coach employees
- Personal traits: integrity, creativity, ambition, extroverted, detail oriented, and multi-tasker
- Working knowledge of point of sale systems, preferably Jonas
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications with proficiencies shown in Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and Word
Educational Requirements
Four-year degree required
