Golf Facilities

  • 18 hole course, par 70, designed by Lawrence Hughes
Coronado Country Club has an 18-hole challenging mountain golf course designed by noted golf architect Lawrence M. Hughes, who also designed LaQuinta Country Club in LaQuinta, California. While designing Coronado Country Club he proclaimed while many golf courses enjoyed a view from one of its holes, Coronado Country Club enjoyed spectacular views from every hole! With Bermuda fairways where there is never a bad lie, the challenge of this mountain golf course is its incredible lightning-fast bent grass greens! The views are spectacular, and the beauty of the sunsets are unforgettable. Located at an elevation of 4,700 feet, each hole is different from the one before – from elevated tees to finely groomed greens, challenging every club in your bag. The course is short by modern standards, 6,455 yards, but the uneven lies you find in the fairways and green surrounds and the unpredictable roll of the small fast greens will test any golfer’s ability.
