Special Club Features

Quantuck Beach Club is a family oriented beach club that draws it members from Westhampton, Remsenburg, and Quogue, New York, located on the east end of Long Island. It is multi genrational and low key. The members enjoy coming throughout the summer months and look forward to lunch on the decks and lingering with other members on the decks or on the beach. There are usually a few member dinners thourghout the summer andmemebrs enjoy going to the club after hours to watch the sunset. 

Club is open 7 days per week, 3 months per year.

Quantuck Beach Club Seeks Kitchen Manager Beginning May 2021

Quantuck Beach Club is accepting applications for the position of an experienced Kitchen Manager, to begin in May 2021. The club is located on Dune Road in Westhampton Beach, NY and provides beach/bay access, kitchen facilities, changing areas, decks and parking for a membership of approximately 350 families.

The Club Kitchen Manager reports to the Club’s General Manager and Food Committee. Candidates for the position must provide evidence of their ability to perform the following tasks:

  1. Plan and execute a high quality, healthy summer lunch menu that includes summer staples: salads, sandwiches, burgers, fries, vegetarian options, and an ice cream window.

  2. Hire, organize, train, and manage staff. Assign duties, schedule work shifts, supervise, and ensure performance.

  3. Order food and supplies, set pricing, and manage food waste.

  4. Maintain the Club’s kitchen facilities throughout the summer, including opening and closing the

    kitchen pre and post season.

  5. Provide and promote courteous customer service to the Club’s membership.

  6. Plan and execute the occasional Club dinner and cocktail party.

  7. Opportunities for breakfast service and catering Club member dinners on the premises are

    possible.

  8. Extensive kitchen and cooking experience required.

  9. Manager will have P&L responsibility.

The Club is open 7 days a week from mid-June through mid-September.
