The Clubhouse Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for directly overseeing all aspects of clubhouse operations. The Clubhouse Manager is passionate about spending time on the floor with members and staff to ensure quality service and products are provided. The Clubhouse Manager is expected to lead a positive work environment for the staff, as well as providing all new hires with proper onboarding and training.
The ideal candidate will possess prior private club experience as an assistant manager or clubhouse manager. The candidate will be a dedicated team leader who has demonstrated strong financial management skills. Strong food and beverage skills and providing a hands on, attention-to-detail approach are essential for this position.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
A four year college degree in Hospitality is preferred.
Three years of dining room supervisory experiences in private club.
Base Salary Based on Experience.
Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.
Participation in the Club's 401(k) Plan after 1 year of service.
CMAA dues.
