Aronimink Golf Club, founded in 1896, is located in Newtown Square, PA and is proud to offer Members the finest in dining and sporting activities, including a nationally ranked Donald Ross designed golf course.
The Club also offers trapshooting, a pool facility featuring a diving pool, lap-lane pool and kid’s pool, and a racquets facility featuring nine outdoor tennis courts, two indoor tennis courts, four platform tennis courts, as well as several pickleball courts.
Aronimink Golf Club is perennially recognized as one of the top golf courses in the country and top clubs in the world. Aronimink is currently ranked as the #9 Platinum Golf Club in America, the #36 Platinum Golf & Country Club in the World, and #85 golf course in the country. In 2026, Aronimink will serve as the host venue for the 108th PGA Championship.

Aronimink Golf Club is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in working in an upscale hospitality environment. Service Team Members will ensure that Member and guest expectations, service, and overall dining experiences at Aronimink Golf Club are maintained daily and consistent with the Aronimink Brand. As a member of the food and beverage team, service team members will help provide an unforgettable dining experience for both Members and their guests. Applicants with experience working for superior hospitality organizations will be strongly considered.

Job Summary:
We are seeking friendly, pleasant people committed to high standards of customer service with attention to detail. We operate a busy golf course, member dining area, golf patio, pool pavilion, and banquet operation. The Service Team Members define the member experience and are knowledgeable of the club and our offerings. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, the ability to multi-task, and familiarity with high-touch customer service. We have both full-time and part-time positions available to join our team.

Candidate Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Possess basic knowledge of excellent service standards as well as etiquette.
· Possess good communication and guest relation skills
· Available to work weekends, evening shifts, and major holidays
· Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
· Regular and predictable attendance.
· Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance at all times
· Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
· Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
· Must be able to multi-task several different actions at once.
· Must be able to follow directions, read, and write
· Experience with a full-service country club operation preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
