The Food and Beverage Director is a key member of the management team and is directly responsible for the oversight of all food & beverage service at the property. The position will oversee startup operations of a newly renovated Clubhouse, Dining Room, and Banquet Facility. This also includes implementing budgets and the hiring, training and supervising of all related F&B service staff. The Food and Beverage Director will apply all their experience and knowledge to assuring that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.
